These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of hospitalityskills.net (the ‘Website’). By accessing or using the Website you agree that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and that they shall apply to your use. This Website is operated by Fifteen Cornwall Ltd (‘Fifteen Cornwall’). Its registered office is On the Beach, Watergate Bay, Cornwall. TR8 4AA.

Registration

In order to access certain pages or functionality of the Website you must first register with the Website. Upon registering you are required to submit your full name, company name, email address and password. You will be required to provide the email address and password each time you visit areas of the Website requiring registration.

You are able to provide additional information on the size of your company. You are not obliged to submit this additional information in order to register with or to use the Website, but if you choose to do so, then, Fifteen Cornwall may use this information in order to improve services.

Any personal data, or survey responses, you transmit to us by electronic mail or otherwise will be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you accept our Privacy Policy which is available for viewing here. Fifteen Cornwall will not supply your details to any organisation for marketing purposes.

Fifteen Cornwall may suspend and/or terminate (either in whole or in part) your login or use of this Website immediately for any reason.

Changes in this manner shall be deemed to have been accepted if you continue to use the Website after a period of 2 (two) weeks from the date of transmission of the email or of posting on the Website, whichever occurs later.
